Role Scope:

  • Manage and coordinate customer service activities for marine customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, order processing, delivery coordination, and service-related support
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping agents, and internal departments
  • Prepare quotations, customer documentation, and operational reports
  • Monitor customer requirements, pending orders, and delivery schedules and escalating issues where required
  • Support timely resolution of customer complaints and operational concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and service reports
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or customer operations, preferably in marine, shipping, lubricants, or oil & gas industry
  • Strong communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in logistics coordination and customer support activities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requirements effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field
  • Good knowledge of ERP / CRM systems and MS Office applications
