Role Scope:
- Manage and coordinate customer service activities for marine customers
- Handle customer inquiries, order processing, delivery coordination, and service-related support
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping agents, and internal departments
- Prepare quotations, customer documentation, and operational reports
- Monitor customer requirements, pending orders, and delivery schedules and escalating issues where required
- Support timely resolution of customer complaints and operational concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and service reports
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or customer operations, preferably in marine, shipping, lubricants, or oil & gas industry
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in logistics coordination and customer support activities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requirements effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field
- Good knowledge of ERP / CRM systems and MS Office applications
