Toll

blending converts high-performance requirements into a precise, industrial manufacturing sequence where specific chemical additives are integrated into base oils under strictly controlled conditions. To achieve long-lasting lubrication and high mechanical stability, a blender utilizes high-shear homogenization and thermal management to ensure that viscosity index improvers and anti-wear agents are fully bonded, preventing the product from breaking down under physical stress. Specialized hydrophobic polymers and tackifiers are compounded into the mixture to provide excellent water resistance, while rust and oxidation inhibitors are precisely measured to guarantee long-term corrosion protection.
