Role Scope:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including screening CVs and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and employee-related documentation
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and basic queries
- Support visa, medical insurance, and employee documentation processes
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR records
- Support the HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR procedures and UAE labor practices is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle tasks professionally
