HR Executive

Role Scope:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including screening CVs and coordinating interviews
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and employee-related documentation
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and basic queries
  • Support visa, medical insurance, and employee documentation processes
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR records
  • Support the HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR procedures and UAE labor practices is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle tasks professionally
