Role Scope:
- Safely operate company light vehicles for staff transportation and official duties
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees, documents, and materials
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle
- Follow UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Monitor vehicle servicing, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules
- Report any accidents, damages, or maintenance issues immediately
- Assist with office errands, deliveries, and document collection when required
- Maintain proper trip records and vehicle documents
- Ensure the vehicle registration, insurance, and permits remain valid
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License
- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in the UAE preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
- Basic communication skills in English & Hindi
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexible to work extended hours if required
