Role Scope:
- Support and execute marketing strategies for Automotive, Marine, Aviation, and Industrial lubricant products
- Coordinate branding activities, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media content, newsletters, and website updates
- Support distributor and dealer marketing activities across local and international markets
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis
- Coordinate with design agencies, digital marketing agencies, printers, and media partners
- Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online branding
- Assist in preparing product catalogs, technical documents, and marketing presentations
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Management teams to support business growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in lubricant industry marketing
- Strong experience in Automotive, Marine, Aviation, or Industrial lubricants sector is mandatory
- Experience in B2B, B2C marketing and distributor network support
- Good understanding of lubricant products, specifications, and industry terminology
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing tools
Preferred Skills:
- Creative thinking and campaign planning ability
- Knowledge of international lubricant markets
- Experience handling exhibitions and trade events
